Technical sales representative in the field for laser technology (m/f/d)

For the distribution of our laser systems in the areas of welding and powder application welding, we are looking for a technical sales officer (m/w/d) for the region of West Germany (Regions: Kassel, Fulda, Ruhrgebiet, Cologne, Bonn, Trier, Koblenz and Siegen).

You advise new and existing customers personally and competently, analyze individual requirements and develop tailor-made, solution-oriented machine concepts.

You serve your region independently – from the new customer acquisition to the advice, the convincing presentation of our laser systems, to the care of existing customer relationships. You analyze individual customer needs and develop tailor-made solutions. You will be supported by our colleagues in application technology. Your area of responsibility also includes the preparation and implementation of contract negotiations, the creation of offers and the successful conclusion of contracts. You maintain the CRM system and document relevant sales activities. You plan and perform machine demonstrations with the support of application technology. You represent our company at trade fairs, conferences, industry and in-house events.

A completed technical study or technical or commercial vocational training, preferably with a focus on mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or a comparable subject area, forms the basis of your profile. Ideally, you already have first experience in the sales field, in particular in the field of laser welding technology or in the distribution of technical investment goods. At the same time, we are also looking forward to motivated cross-comers and professional beginners who bring enthusiasm for sales, technical interest and joy in dealing with people. You have a high degree of communication and negotiation skills. Their mode of operation is structured, independent and customer-oriented. You are safe in handling MS Office as well as CRM and goods management systems. You have a class B driver's license and enjoy the field service.
