Dual study programme (B. A.) – Degree programme in Counselling for Education, Career and Employment

Every four months, studies (presence trimesters) alternate with practical phases (practice trimesters). You complete the theory at the University of Applied Sciences (HdBA) in Mannheim or Schwerin, and the practical phases take place in the departments on site. You will receive the necessary knowledge for practice at the university through the unique combination of subjects of economic, social and legal sciences. From the fourth Trimester, you will be specialized by a study focus and can determine study contents yourself through various elective modules. In the practical stages you take part in the agencies for work and public institutions (Jobcenter), you will get insights into the various fields of activity. Through hospitations and collaboration, you will learn the tasks, requirements and workflows of practice. You complete a four- to six-week internship abroad or an internship in a non-profit partner institution and get the opportunity to look over the edge of the plate.

General university maturity (emergency average ≤ 2.9) or specialised university maturity (emergency average ≤ 2.4) or specialised university maturity (emergency average ≤ 2.4) or an access authorization recognised as equivalent by law or by the competent State authority. You are interested in topics of economic and social policy and in dealing with law and law. ATTRACTIVE CONTENTS and FINANCIAL EXTRAS You will receive a salary of about €1,925 + special payment per year. After your studies, you start an indefinite working relationship with a gross salary of about €56.290.
