Location: Ulm, Memmingen, Kempten

As a production manager assembly (m/w/d), you are responsible for both technical and disciplined employees from the assembly You plan, control and monitor all processes in the area of final assembly Ensuring compliance with quality standards, appointments and safety requirements is also part of your tasks as a management of the assembly area Continuous optimization of the assembly processes according to Lean principles Close cooperation with adjacent departments such as work preparation, logistics and quality management

They have completed technical training with further training to the technician or master, alternatively a technical study or a comparable qualification You can present several years of experience in assembly and ideally in the direction of larger teams Funded knowledge of production control, lean management methods and process optimization are of course for you Structured, solution-oriented operation with decision-making strength and enforcement capability Your strong communication personality with high social competence and clear leadership complete your profile
