Your role: As a team leader (w/d/m) IT-Engineering, you ensure the operational performance of your team and take on the technical responsibility for complex IT systems and architectures. You combine technical deep knowledge with structured guidance - and thus provide the basis for the success of our battery storage projects.

Your tasks: Special responsibility for IT engineering over the entire life cycle of our battery storage projects - from planning to implementation Implementation of high-quality IT architectures, system connections and network and infrastructure topics Planning, control and organisation of workflows in the team including clear responsibilities and prioritization Resource and capacity planning as well as situation- and competence-oriented delegation of tasks Technical support of complex technical decisions and support in critical issues Targeted further development of your team, including the incorporation of new employees and the promotion of constructive feedback and learning culture Active design of cooperation with other areas through clear, binding and appraisal communication

That's what you bring: Complete study of information technology, computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in IT with sound knowledge in IT architecture, system integration and network and communication infrastructure Ideally first contact points with KRITIS environments At least two years of leadership experience in a professional role Very good skills in organization, work structuring and resource and capacity planning High sense of responsibility, decision-making and process-oriented thinking Clear, esteemed communication and the ability to give constructive feedback Conflictability and a professional, solution-oriented approach to challenging situations
