In this position, you maintain a firm customer object and provide together with colleagues to ensure that the Building technology works smoothly on site.

Your duties

• Operation, inspection, maintenance and repair of refrigeration, air conditioning and building equipment

• Analysis and correction of technical disturbances

• Contact person for technical enquiries and fault messages on site

• Coordination and support of external service providers and foreign companies

• Documentation of the work carried out

Your profile

• Complete industrial or technical vocational training in refrigeration, SHK, HKLS, electric or comparable Area

• Professional experience in facility management, building technology or comparable range

• High service and service orientation

• Willingness to participate in the call readiness service (incl. Additional remuneration)

• Class B driving licence
