These are your tasks Strategic real estate & building responsibility: The development and control of the real estate portfolio – from the 5-year construction planning to the concrete object strategy – takes place with a view to economy, sustainability and sustainable land use. Project management: For new, remodeling and maintenance measures, the developer role is taken over and a reliable control of quality, costs, dates and audit-proof acceptance is ensured. Building operation & operator responsibility: The safe and efficient operation of the buildings, including technical building equipment, operator and test requirements and energy-efficient plant operation, is the responsibility of the position. Infrastructure services & critical areas: Central infrastructure and service topics such as post and logistics processes, archive and material management, canteen operation as well as cash logistics including the main bank are fully controlled. Regulatorics & Security: Bank supervision and DORA-relevant requirements are consistently integrated into construction and operational processes to ensure lasting safety, service provider control and auditability. Management & Management Board: The management of several executives and teams takes place with clear goals, binding standards and KPI-based control; At the same time, Management Boards and bodies are regularly advised on real estate, construction, sustainability and infrastructure topics. Change & Transformation Management: Change processes are actively guided, digitization and standardization are driven forward and employees as well as managers are deliberately involved.

We wish you Leadership & Management: You have multi-year leadership experience in the construction, facility or real estate environment and control heterogeneous teams clearly, bindingly and result-oriented. Building & Management Competence: The experience gained in building contractor representation, project and budget management as well as in the handling of complex organizational and decision-making structures is available. Operation & Regulatorik: You have a strong understanding of building operation, operator responsibility and regulatory requirements in banking or KRITIS-related environments. Personal Competence: Structure, sense of responsibility, judgment as well as a sovereign and binding communication at central interfaces shape your work.
