Production controller (m/f/d)

As a manufacturing taxer (m/w/d), you can harmonize material availability, capacity utilisation and time accuracy in economic and qualitative aspects A special focus is on the capacity requirement planning for early detection and control of bottlenecks You ensure the timely material availability The planning, appointment and approval of production orders as well as the coordination with warehouses, purchasing, work preparation and the higher-level production control are in your hands You are responsible for the administration, care and development of corporate applications outside the SAP system landscape You are responsible for identifying need for change / opportunities and their implementation The creation and maintenance of capacity requirements plans on ranges and workplaces, the early identification of capacity bottlenecks or overhangs, as well as the derivation and implementation of capacity adjustment measures are also part of your tasks You cooperate in investment and personnel planning and take over the daily fine control of the production orders Order tracking and feedback control in ERP/MES is another part of your activity You are responsible for trouble management in bottlenecks, machine standstills and the amount of material Close communication with all the interfaces involved completes your activity Other tasks include: Ensuring timely completion and delivery of the products as well as further development of the planning and control processes The introduction / support and optimization of digital tools (e.g. APS, MES, leadership) The data analysis / evaluation and management of measures and the design and implementation of lean production principles Data management and master data quality in the ERP system Monitoring and ensuring compliance with key figures Permanent optimization and co-design of processes Active cooperation in implementing the continuous improvement processes in the field

You have a successfully completed study of economic engineering, a different training (e.g. technicians) and long-term professional experience in the field of disposition and production control Ideally you bring many years of experience in production / control with You have well-founded knowledge in SAP (PP and CS) and APS knowledge, Lean methods, REFA knowledge Experiences and very good knowledge in project management complete your profile
