Our work begins long before we cut the first steel for our naval ships. In order to be able to operate at all, a strong IT infrastructure is indispensable for us - here their use is required!

Your tasks at a glance: You check our network infrastructure, identify current and future requirements and select suitable components. Plan and implement necessary changes and new networks. In this context, you will follow trends and new technologies, improve our infrastructure by introducing new network standards and regularly document your charts, configurations and problem solutions. In addition, you will ensure smooth infrastructure operation by waiting or configuring network components such as routers, switches and firewalls and regularly controlling both network security and network performance. Last but not least, you analyze infrastructure errors, troubleshoot sources and support your colleagues in technical user support.

Completed IT training, e.g. to/from specialist informatics for system integration Alternatively, a study in computer science, information and telecommunications technology or a related subject Multiannual Professional Practice as Network Engineer (m/w/d) with sound knowledge in Network Technologies (Routing, Switching, LAN, WLAN and WAN) Handling network management tools with good knowledge of German and English A communicative and dedicated personality with team spirit, analytical working methods and distinct competences for problem solving.
