You are the first contact point for our customers - whether by phone or e-mail, you process inquiries competently and friendly. With your commercial know-how, you take care of the complaint processing and make sure that customer contact runs smoothly. You take responsibility in contract management, perform performance checks and implement price changes professionally. Organization is your strength - you coordinate orders and keep an overview.

The basis of your success is a commercial training or a comparable qualification. Through your good organization, you can organize your work environment independently and accurately. A safe handling of the MS Office programs is yours. For you, our customers and service-oriented actions are the focus of your daily work.
