You bring several years of professional and leadership experience in IT management & process management, preferably in an IT service provider. You possess safe knowledge of ITIL processes and methods, ideally detectable through certifications. You think and act customer-oriented and entrepreneurial, even at management level. You are able to run a professional stakeholder management and bring a high level of customer and service orientation. You have strong social skills and experience in coaching and knowledge transfer. Your distinctive leadership skills and personality are yours. Very good knowledge of German and English complete your profile.
