Team Leader Pension Processing

You lead and guide a team in our pension department, which is responsible for our contracting states You ensure information exchange and communication flow You instruct staff, inform them, initiate new tasks and develop actively You conduct situational discussions with employees and supervisors You are responsible for personnel assessment and make target agreements You actively control the task performance in the team

A completed (special) university degree in an administrative profession is desirable, preferably in the field of pension insurance and professional experience in pension law and adjacent legal areas. Alternatively, you have a completed (special) university degree in one of the following fields and professional experience in public administration: Social security Social administration Business Administration Health insurance management Labour market
