take on technical and organizational responsibility for a team of software and electronics developers and transfer the product to series production

Vote and structured requirements and development objectives for product electronics in cooperation with internal and external clients

Development of ambitious sub-targets and deadlines from the requirements as well as the planning of iterations and their delivery products

Release budget and set agile developer teams to meet the project milestones

Identify and clarify technical and temporal conflicts with the team and pursue a MVP approach

successfully completed master's degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics or a similar technical discipline, ideally also with a doctorate

Multiannual experience in the project management (lateral management of employees) in the development environment, preferably in the product introduction and maintenance, GPM or IPMA certification desired

professional knowledge in one of the industries: aerospace, measurement technology, automotive, automotive suppliers or medical technology
