Commercial vocational training as e.g. businessman for office management, industrial businessman or comparable Professional experience in an assistance or administrative function desirable Secure handling of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Organisational skills, rapid understanding and a structured working method Friendly appearance, team skills and high service orientation Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
