WHAT DOOR Support and support of IT infrastructure in the area of BBK

First and second level support for local employees Installation, maintenance and replacement of jobs (PCs, notebooks, printers, mobile devices) Installation, configuration and maintenance of hardware and software User and Rights Management (e.g. Active Directory) Support in IT disputes as well as error analysis and remedy Documentation of IT processes, disruptions and solutions Cooperation with internal IT colleagues and external service providers Participation in IT projects and rollouts

WOMITSIE UNS Complete training in IT (e.g. specialist system integration) or comparable qualification

Practical experience in IT support / IT technology desirable Good knowledge of Windows operating systems and standard software Basic knowledge of network technology (LAN/WLAN) Structured, solution-oriented operation Teamability, reliability and service orientation Good knowledge of German in word and writing
