Study Assistant Epidemiology - for the NAKO Health Study (m/f/d)

The focus of the population-related NAKO health study is the early detection and root research of the most common folk disorders and pre-levels of various diseases in early healthy participants. Our study center is one of 18 sites of the epidemiological long-term study in Germany. In parallel, the Hamburg City Health study is conducted in the study center, on the UKE terrain. There is an interdisciplinary, carefully structured working environment at the highest clinical and scientific level, a qualified incorporation, a varied activity, regulated working hours and a dedicated team. Your tasks: performing physical investigations, e.g. blood collection, drug nanny, spirometry, neurocognitive tests, EKG, eye and dental examinations and the collection of body measurements Heart and belly ultrasound Quality assurance of standardised investigations Organisational, administrative and documentation work This position shall be fixed within the framework of a third-party funding project until 30 April 2028. The position can also be occupied in parttime.

Complete vocational training in a health profession (e.g. health and nursing:in, medical:r specialist:r) and first professional experience in this field. Remarkable: knowledge in the conduct of ultrasound examinations and general medical examinations Very good coordination, organizational and communication skills, independence, certainty, reliability, social competence, friendly and empathic handling of the students: Willingness to cooperate in an interdisciplinary team Ready for business trips Certificates for the implementation of standardised investigations, which must be acquired in the employment relationship, are necessary for the grouping in pay group 8.
