For our Global Business Applications department in Leipheim we are looking for an SAP Teamlead (w/m/d) Sales & Services at the next possible date.

Professional and disciplinary leadership of the Application Management Team for Sales & Services with focus on SAP

Ensure the smooth operation of SAP systems and the corresponding business applications for sales and service

Active support of the already running S/4HANA-Greenfield Introduction + further system reintroductions (e.g. Sales Cloud v2 or S/4HANA Public Cloud)

Accompanying the Solution-Owner Rolles and thus consulting the IT-Business Partners and the departments with regard to all SAP-specific questions in the sales and service environment

Budget and resource planning support

Selection of suitable solutions and service providers

Project management or Coordination of national and international projects

Complete studies in the field of business information technology or comparable qualifications

At least 5 years of practical SAP experience from the sales environment

First leadership experience from a previous position as SAP group leader, team leader and/or project manager/senior position

Good sales process knowledge optimally from the manufacturing middle class

Technical understanding and enthusiasm for new technologies

Embossed structured, solution-oriented and independent approach with team spirit also in the international environment

Very good German and good English skills
