Full-time | Germany-wide This is what awaits you: As a building manager (m/w/d), you take responsibility for the successful implementation of our photovoltaic roofing systems projects. You coordinate the entire construction process and make sure that all construction measures are carried out professionally and on time. Your focus is on seamless cooperation between the trades, compliance with safety standards and quality assurance.

Tendering and awarding of contractors Construction management of all plants and coordination with authorities and specialist engineers Ensuring our quality requirements and specifications Accounting of construction services Monitoring of commissioning Support of projects during the warranty period

Completed studies in engineering, electrical engineering or comparable completed training with an electrotechnical orientation At least three years of professional experience in construction management, ideally of photovoltaic systems Experience with electrical installations, general PV installations and in particular in data technology Funded knowledge in calculation, VOB, execution planning, contracting and construction Very good knowledge of German and English Communication strength, enforcement capacity and leadership skills Own-sponsored and structured operation Embossed organisational capacity in multi-project management High readiness for travel within Germany
