You run project teams professionally, tax external service providers and ensure smooth interdisciplinary cooperation You ensure compliance with dates, costs and quality objectives along the HOAI performance phases 1–9. You check, evaluate and release planning and technical concepts – always in line with applicable standards, regulations and internal standards. You recognize technical or organizational challenges early on and develop robust solutions. You are the central contact person for builders:inside, authorities and all project participants – competent, binding and solution-oriented. You are responsible for the technical documentation as well as the transfer and follow-up of the building facilities.
You have a degree in the field of supply technology, building technology, energy or electrical engineering or a comparable technical qualification You bring several years of professional experience in the planning and management of TGA projects – ideally focusing on HLSK, Starkstrom, GA or special facilities such as elevator technology or media supply. You have knowledge of HOAI, VOB and relevant rules (DIN, VDI etc.). You are safe to use common planning software (e.g. AutoCAD, Revit, liNear) as well as MS Office – knowledge in SAP or BIM are a plus. You convince with organizational skills, technical expertise and a structured, independent way of working.
