Tasks that keep you posted: With you, the threads work together: You act as a Sparring partner and tune yourself to the request recording and conversion with the stakeholders and your team. You carry out technical tasks on your own, such as the analysis of system architectures, the evaluation of technical solutions and the co-design of implementation concepts to continuously develop our communication and meeting infrastructure. You are in the middle of it: you conduct needs analysis, coordinate implementation and monitor the successful rollout of new systems in the field of communication and meeting solutions in close cooperation with our service providers. You analyze existing processes and identify optimization potentials to increase the efficiency and quality of our communication and meeting solutions. Your expertise is available: You recognize the needs and requirements of our users, analyze them and translate them into Epics and User Stories. You've got it. Topics related to AI and process automation in view. You're getting yourself: In close cooperation with the Product Owner, you will advise the specialist area regarding requirements and business processes. You are thinking about the future: With ideas and suggestions for improvement, you are constantly driving strategic topics in the sense of “inspect and adapt”.

Features that make you feel: The basis is your successfully completed study of (economic) informatics, economics or a comparable qualification with high IT affinity. You have experience as a business engineer/business analyst in the IT project environment as well as in the service provider control. You as a human being are in focus! With your pronounced communication capability, coupled with your analytical ability and high technical understanding, you are able to present complex relationships in a manner that is appropriate to the address and implement technical solutions. You are safe in handling IT systems and have a good basic understanding for technical topics. Knowledge of hybrid work/meeting solutions or telephony infrastructure is advantageous. You know agile working methods and have fun moving your product forward. You are willing to accept the readiness for our product for a week about once a month. This will make you an important contribution to our team!
