Within the framework of the Erasmus+ initiative ''European High Schools'', HKA, together with its nine European partner institutions of the INGENIUM Alliance, is building a European inter-university campus with a high level of physical, virtual and/or mixed mobility of students and staff of all partner institutions to enable international teaching, learning, research and work. This is the goal of the HKA work package “The INGENIUM European Campus (IEC)”, whose implementation is the central task of this site.

Establishment and organisation of a joint INGENIUM body Development of joint study programmes Implementation and introduction of European “open degrees”, the INGENIUM-Pathway programs, together with the faculties of the HKA Application of sustainable and inclusive academic mobility between the INGENIUM partner institutions Creation of internal framework conditions for the IEC in coordination with the faculties and other relevant institutions of the HKA Advising students, teachers and other employees of HKA on the possibilities of academic mobility within the framework of the IEC Work on the work packages of the project partners in coordination with the project management at the HKA

Completed academic degree (University Diploma, Master) in an area relevant to activity Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills Organisational strength and high problem solving competence High self-initiative and an independent and result-oriented way of working High social and intercultural competences, good oral and written expressiveness and a pronounced service orientation Excellent knowledge of English; Knowledge of other modern foreign languages is advantageous Knowledge of structures, challenges and processes in studies and teaching at universities Qualified experience abroad in studies and/or professions are desirable Advantages are pre-experiences in the field of science management and/or project management, experiences in the consulting of students, in cooperation with university teachers and in international and interdisciplinary project collaboration
