overall building planning, basic assessment and expert advice in the sense of cross-company system planning, in particular for the complete HLS plant for measures to decarbonise heat supply cross-disciplinary execution planning, e.g. tray planning from district heat transfer station and project management of commissioning (e.g. district heating connections and heat pumps) Coordination and technical assistance of external participants e.g. during the start-up of plants as well as in the case of defect elimination Budget responsibility Ensuring compliance with legal regulations and safety standards Conducting functional tests of building control technology and all plant components Deficiency analysis and traceability

completed university studies (Bachelor) in the field of supply technology or a comparable field many years of professional experience in the area of district heating (in the planning, commissioning and optimisation of complex buildings including associated plants) extensive knowledge of electrical, heating, ventilation, air conditioning and sanitary technology Knowledge of communication technology, electrical and MSR technology for switching on to building control technology and building automation are desirable Conflict and Criticism Planning, organisational and team skills Commitment and independent, independent action intercultural competence
