You build a structured CRO and Testing approach for our online shops and develop this step by step, with a clear focus on feasibility, prioritization and measurable results. You analyse user behavior along the customer journey, identify relevant Pain Points and conversion levers, and derive concrete optimization measures. You plan, design and implement A/B and multi-variant tests, formulate well-founded hypotheses, define test setups and evaluate test results in a structured manner. You optimise UI and UX elements in the online shop, such as navigation, product pages, checkouts, CTAs, copy and visuals, and work closely with development, marketing and other relevant stakeholders. You establish basic CRO processes, documentation and best practices and ensure that learnings are permanently anchored in the team. You can easily prepare test results and insights, share them with relevant stakeholders and support data-based decisions in the e-commerce environment.

You have at least two years of experience in the field of CRO, UX optimization or A/B testing, bringing practical experience in building hypotheses, testing design and interpreting experiments. You have a strong understanding of UI/UX in e-commerce, a good sense of user-friendly customer journeys and are sure to use analytics and testing tools such as Google Analytics / GA4, Hotjar as well as common experimental solutions (e.g. Optimizely, VWO, Kameleoon, AB Tasty, Convert) or similar tools. You think analytically and can derive concrete optimization measures from data and ideally bring an understanding of the customer journey in the health or FMCG environment. You will be able to continuously develop topics and draw attention to measurable improvements in cooperation with Development, CRM and Marketing.
