Your tasks at a glance: As a central contact for international partners, you offer comprehensive support and advice in the optimization of job advertisements as well as in all contractual and operational concerns The publication and management of job advertisements on Stepstone and partner platforms is one of your tasks, as well as the complete order processing from processing to accounting to delivery in various systems Customer and partner requests you process solution-oriented and timely, conduct quality checks and ensure smooth communication Performance reports and statistics on contracts, job advertisements and the use of the CV database In close cooperation with cross-functional teams, you solve problems, continuously improve processes and actively support sales and operations

That's what you bring: Commercial training or multi-year experience in customer service or account management – ideally in the international environment Embossed service orientation and a sense for the individual needs of customers German and English knowledge (min.
