Roll-Out Manager:in – Insurance Core Platform (ICP)

End-to-end management for the international roll-out of the Insurance Core Platform (Underwriting, Contract, Claims) in the decentralized units of Corporate & Specialty Ensuring the successful use and sustainable anchoring of the platform in the operational working day of the local units Development of local business cases and measurement of adoption and use Identification of challenges in roll-out, deriving concrete improvement measures and active implementation Central interface between global product management, IT management (agile release trains according to SAFe) and local business and IT units Planning, coordination and control of all roll-out activities including Timetables, dependencies, risks and progress monitoring Moderation and control of international stakeholders across different hierarchical levels Conception and implementation of change, communication and enablement measures (e.g. training formats, roll-out concepts, support models) Ensuring a smooth transition from technical implementation to operational use Preparation of status, progress, risks and decision-making requirements for agile governance and relevant control bodies

Completed studies in business informatics, economics, IT or comparable Multiannual experience in roll-out, introduction or enablement management of complex IT solutions Experience in international or decentralized organisational structures Very pronounced stakeholder, communication and moderation competence across all hierarchy levels Experience in managing change and enablement measures at the interface of business and IT Experience in agile working environments (e.g. SAFe or hybrid setups) Experience in the (industrial) insurance environment desirable High self-responsibility as well as pronounced implementation and result orientation Structured, pragmatic and solution-oriented mode of operation – also in complex transformation projects Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing (safe for negotiation) No one is perfect and not all career paths are straight.
