Specialist Forecasting and Planning (m/w/d) Activity area: Logistics / SCM / Purchasing Joblevel: Professional starters/goers Location: Heimenkirch Company: Hochland Deutschland GmbH Working time: Full time As Deputy Head of Quality Management, you ensure that our products meet the highest quality requirements at any time and that the continuous development of the QM area remains on track – even if the main responsibility is not on site. With your role, you ensure sustainable progress, smooth knowledge transfer and a lively quality culture at our sites.

You predict future needs and optimize the operational and tactical forecasting of our product portfolio to create the basis for an efficient supply chain. In close cooperation with our Key Account Managers, you agree to change sales, market activities and product range changes. You coordinate the cross-site interface management, in particular with the production planners. You conduct regular voting meetings within the Sales & Operations Planning Process. Through statistical evaluations, analyses and the selection of suitable forecast models, you continuously optimize the forecast and improve the processes in multi-site and multi-area projects.

An understanding and experience in forecasting/production planning as well as the ability to analyze and interpret complex data are crucial for the success in this role. You have a completed professional training or a comparable qualification with a focus on supply chain management. Ideally, you have already gained experience with BI systems (Analysis for Office, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP BW and Power BI) and are safe to handle MS-Office and SAP IBP/APO. In addition to your high number affinity, you are characterized by your pronounced analytical thinking and acting.
