Master for pizza production (m/f/d)

Production Responsibility: You support the shift manager or the shift manager in daily operation and are responsible for the occupation or Packaging area. Leadership & team management: You have a team of about 50 employees according to the Dr. Oetker leadership principles. Communication & Collaboration: Daily, direct exchange with colleagues and cross-functional dialogue with other departments to ensure consistently high product quality. Optimization & technical coordination: You coordinate cross-layer optimization approaches, work closely with the technology and report disturbances precisely to quickly correct errors. Quality and performance management: Compliance with predetermined performance indicators and ensuring product quality are your responsibility. Order & Cleanliness: You always keep in mind the order and cleanliness on the pizza line as well as in the storage, preparation and storage rooms. Loss reduction: You take measures to reduce loss and optimise material use. Team coordination: Through a continuous exchange of information with the master and/or master manufacturing, you ensure a smooth flow of communication in the team.

You have completed vocational training and additional qualification as a master or technician ideally in the food sector. You can present at least 2 years of professional experience in the production sector. First experiences in the professional management of employees are brought with you. In addition to the early and late shift readiness in the week change, you are ready to work temporarily in the night shift. You have experience in the professional management of employees. Communication strength, commitment and flexibility are your absolute strengths. Good computer skills (SAP, Microsoft Office package) and a safe occurrence complete your profile.
