Specialist for occupational safety and environmental management incl. function as Sifa (m/f/d)

Your tasks – your contribution to success: Control of occupational safety and control of their effectiveness (organisation, training, processes, documents, report) Takeover of the function as a specialist for occupational safety according to ASiG and DGUV Developing objectives and measures to further develop occupational health and safety in cooperation with the personnel department, the company physician and members of the safety organisation Advice and support of management, executives and employees on safety-related topics Organisation and implementation of vulnerabilities and risk assessments and derivation of protective measures Monitoring compliance with statutory requirements, professional regulations and internal standards Implementation of training and safety documentation, including preparation of training material Determination and evaluation of accidents at work, near events and development of prevention measures Close cooperation with the operating physician, the works council and other internal and external relevant interfaces Preparation and management of the Safety Committee (ASA) Developing objectives and measures to further develop environmental protection Collection of key figures for sustainability reporting Risk assessment of processes Developing measures to reduce environmental pollution (emissions, consumption), identifying and evaluating environmentally friendly alternatives Implementation of preventive measures to prevent environmental damage

Take this with you: Completed studies in the technical/chemical field Approved training as a specialist for occupational safety according to §7 ASiG Multiannual experience in working safety of a production company, preferably in pharmaceutical or chemical production Very good knowledge of German labour law, DGUV regulations and relevant regulations (e.g. ArbSchG, BetrSichV, BiostoffV) Experience in environmental management Experience in the creation and implementation of risk assessments Independent, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation Communication strength, sense of responsibility and enforcement
