Your tasks with us: Digitalization projects: You are actively involved in ongoing projects – from the introduction of E-Acts to the automation of processes and digital forms to the implementation of AI applications. You accompany project dates and workshops and provide a structured documentation.

Analysis and Conception: You research and analyze new technological trends and create sound market and potential analyses. You perform conceptual and organizational tasks within the framework of the Master Plan Digitization.

Communication and preparation: You provide information in a comprehensible way and create presentations, overviews and decision templates.

Take this with you: Studies: You are immatriculated in a relevant course of studies, e.g. administrative sciences, business informatics, IT/informatics, media science or comparable. Interest and motivation: You are inspiring for digitalization and modern administration and want to actively shape change processes. Working methods: You work independently, structured and solution-oriented – and bring joy in research, analysis and processing of information. Personality: You are creative, show self-initiative and keep track of multiple tasks. Advantageous – but no need: first experience in project management, process work or dealing with digital tools – ideally in the context of public administration.
