Tasks of the city as a tax debtor / tax service Creation and delivery of sales tax declarations and preparation of the annual tax declaration as well as corporate tax and capital income tax declarations Examination and assessment of turnover tax assets and business transactions Introduction and continuation of an internal control system “Controls” (TCMS) Implementation of the regulations of § 2b UStG - Commune as tax debtor (the city of Vaihingen an der Enz applies § 2b UStG since 01.01.2023) Contact persons in all key issues relevant to tax law of the city administration and of the municipal holding companies Creation of tax guides, action aids and booking instructions for accounting and other specialist offices We reserve the right to change the area of responsibility.

A completed university degree as Bachelor of Arts - Public Management / Dipl. Administration (FH), Bachelor of Laws in Tax Administration, Bachelor of Laws in Tax and Economic Law or a comparable degree As an alternative, a successfully completed training examination to the management specialist or to the tax specialist Knowledge in the field of municipal household, cash and accounting, tax law and the usual computer procedures, in particular SAP, are desirable
