Senior License Manager in the License Management Team (m/f/d)

You ensure the contractual licensing of software, analyze license and contract data and negotiate the contractual terms with You are responsible for the independent management of commercial and technical licenses/inventaries and derive license reports You evaluate data with the help of tools and identify and evaluate the technical and licensing risks in software use You identify potential for improvement and streamline data in the Software Asset Management Tool, including in connection with IT infrastructures You develop solutions to licensing issues, ensure the implementation of measures and agree closely with interface departments You are responsible for licensing advice from nationwide customers You prepare tender procedures and carry out evaluations, competition, market and assortment analyses You guide projects and create concepts and guidelines in the field of software asset management You are responsible for the creation of cost-effectiveness analyses You take care of and carry out software audits You are responsible for the control and control of external service providers and consultants You create reports and documentation for different addressees of all hierarchical levels and take over the presentation in committees
