What should you bring?

• Education: Completed training as a machining mechanic (m/w/d), or a comparable technical qualification with well-founded knowledge in CNC programming.
• Professional experience: Safe handling of Heidenhain and/or Siemens controls – even if it becomes more technically demanding.
• CNC knowledge: Ideally you bring experience in programming.
• Technical understanding: Quickly capture new tasks and flexible rethinking if the plan needs a plan B.
• Operation: Embossed spatial imagination – 3D not only on the screen, but also in the head.
• Team skills: You like to work with your colleagues and support your team.
• Flexibility: Ready to work shifts is of course for you.

Your tasks:

• Create, optimize and focus on NC programs based on 3D data sets and drawing specifications.
• Select appropriate manufacturing technologies and adapt them specifically to components, processes and requirements.
• The project management advises on subject-specific questions and supports solutions with technical know-how.
• Create production specifications, technical documentation and drawings and thus create the basis for reliable production.
• Plan and set the optimal clamping of cast parts – for maximum precision and a smooth production process.
• Keep in mind tolerances, fittings and surface details from drawings, ensure their compliance and document the results without any gaps.
