Practical experience in sales or in a customer-oriented environment, product knowledge from the Parfum & Cosmetic area and ideally experience with luxury brands Very good knowledge in German and English and ideally in another foreign language Spencer joy in dealing with customers and colleagues from different nationalities, a natural service orientation and a talent to create unforgettable shopping moments A strong mentality as a team player as well as strengths in the field of communication and sales – in particular the ability to understand and serve the needs of your customers through active listening A clear focus on the achievement of your goals – including within a dynamic and fast-paced working environment – and an awareness of your independent design space A high time flexibility in relation to early, late and weekend layers
