As one of two day support facilities in the life support association, the day support facility 2 in Berlin-Neukölln supports people with severe mental or multiple disability between 18 and 65 years who do not go to a workshop. The TFS 2 offers work and life-world-related educational opportunities that enable self-perception, self-realisation and participation in social life through concrete tasks with visible results. They are actively involved in the design of content and organizational processes of the institution and, together with a multi-professional team, ensure competent support: basal client-centric work in group service according to the methods of holistic promotion Individual and group offers for people with severe mental and/or multiple disability Support for everyday life management and nursing activities according to recognised care concepts Creation of funding plans Development of content and objectives of the support offer (participation process) Participation in team meetings and supervision

Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Experience in dealing with people with disabilities Willingness to participate-oriented work good knowledge of person centering and social space orientation Experience in dealing with challenging behavior ideally, computer knowledge and experience with computer-assisted documentation Flexibility and organisational, team and conflictability independent, empathic and dedicated work Joy in working in a multi-professional team driving licence class B desirable Willingness to work across groups
