Calculator for shell and turnkey construction (m/f/d)

As a Calculator Building (w/m/d) you conduct the calculations of construction projects in raw or turnkey construction You check the tender documents for completeness You conduct explorations such as site visits or plan view through You are responsible for the factual and computational correct determination of the production costs for construction services in raw or turnkey construction Creating and submitting the complete offer documents is also part of your task The calculation of production costs on the basis of performance approaches, construction equipment, wage, material, transport and subcontracting costs is their subject You create the initial costing The coordination of the offer for bidding communities is in your area of responsibility as well as the preparation, participation, logging and preparation of bidding discussions

You have a completed training as a construction engineer or polisher, a completed study as a civil engineer (w/m/d), architect (w/m/d) or a comparable training You have professional experience in the construction industry and ideally you have first knowledge in the field of costing You have knowledge of building contract law (VOB and BGB) You have user knowledge of construction-specific computer application, ideally iTWO You convince by an independent and result-oriented procedure Analytical thinking, high commitment and entrepreneurial thinking and acting round off your profile You are happy to build and work in the team
