Construction projects: Your job is to safely lead construction projects to the goal. Project scope: You realize high, commercial and engineering construction projects (performance phases HOAI 6–8) for industries such as pharmaceuticals, trade & logistics, security and defence as well as the public sector. Construction monitoring: You take the construction monitoring to LBO & HOAI and coordinate the construction execution on site. Responsibility: You implement performance quality, safety standards, dates and costs. Calls for tenders: You will participate in calls for tenders, awards and billing of the works. Communication: You agree closely with executive companies, clients and planning partners.

Qualification: You have a degree in the field of architecture, civil engineering or project management construction or training as a construction technician (m/w/d) or a similar qualification. Professional experience: You bring multi-year practical experience in the construction management or Construction monitoring in construction. Expertise: You know German building law (VOB, HOAI) and relevant technical and legal regulations. Working method: You work flexibly, independently and independently – and convince by a structured, solution-oriented and collegial approach. Communication: You communicate targetedly and clearly with all project participants and keep an overview even in challenging situations.
