These exciting tasks await you

You develop and optimise innovative packaging solutions for our natural cosmetic products. You control packaging development projects from idea to series production. You will take into account functionality, quality, sustainability, costs and production. You evaluate packaging materials and components and design technical specifications. Cooperation with product management, research & development, purchasing, quality assurance, production and suppliers is also one of your tasks. You accompany samples, packaging tests and the transfer of new solutions to production. Market, material and technology trends will be followed by innovative solutions.

You have a degree in packaging technology, plastics technology, mechanical engineering, materials sciences or a comparable qualification. You bring several years of experience in packaging development, ideally in the cosmetic, FMCG or food industry. Finding knowledge of various packaging materials and technologies is what distinguishes you. You have experience in project management and industrialization of packaging solutions. Sustainability, quality and efficient production processes are important components of your work. Your structured, analytical and solution-oriented work and communication strength complete your profile. We require good knowledge of German and English as well as secure MS Office knowledge.
