Type of employment: Full time

You will visit and advise our guests in the restaurant, in the meeting area and at the bar if necessary. You take full pre- and post-processing (Mise-en-place) and make sure your work area is ready for use. You serve food and drinks professionally and attentively (buffet and menu). You are actively responding to requests for guests and are confident of complaints. You take care of cleaning and cleaning tables and service stations. You carry out all subsequent work in the service carefully (e.g. polishing of cutlery/glitter, covering).

Complete training in the restaurant or hotel area or relevant professional experience in the service as a motivated learner Experience in restaurant or banquet service as well as safe handling of mise-en-place, covering, serving and cleaning Excellent service and guest orientation as well as a professional and sovereign handling of guest wishes and complaints Reliable, careful and team-oriented work even with high guest performance and changing requirements Good knowledge of German and ideally further language skills for professional communication with international guests readiness for shiftwork with early service hours, especially between 06:00 and 16:30, and flexibility in working hours
