You process lowering and tool parts by turning and milling using predetermined or self-created programs. You equip, adjust and operate cutting machines independently. You create and optimize simple CNC programs for Siemens and Heidenhain controls. You carry out measurement and quality controls and measure counters and tool parts. You operate and monitor several machines as part of the multi-machine operation. You transport and handle workpieces as well as tools with the help of rams and crane systems. You ensure compliance with our quality standards and the specified manufacturing guidelines. You actively contribute to the continuous optimization of manufacturing processes and workflows.

You have completed vocational training as a machining mechanic (m/w/d) or a comparable technical qualification. You bring knowledge in the programming and operation of CNC machines. You control the safe handling of the common PC applications. Ideally, you have a forklift and crane license. You have good knowledge of German in word and writing. You are characterized by a high sense of responsibility and an independent and structured way of working. You possess distinctive skills in self-management and organize your work independently.
