Complete training in the hotel industry or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in the front office, ideally with first leadership experience Excellent host qualities and pleasure in personal contact with our guests Structured, responsible and solution-oriented mode of operation Hands-on mentality as well as a pronounced sense of quality and details Safe handling of hotel software and interest in digital and AI-based applications Good knowledge of German and English
