For the DRV-IT division, we are looking for a Specialist*in Project & Portfolio Management Office (PMO) Place: Würzburg Date of entry: Immediate Application deadline: 19.06.2026 Call number: 05-012-2026 Employment: Full time (part time is possible in principle) Remuneration: E12 TV EntgO-DRV Activity The DRV-IT department is responsible for the strategic management, coordination and further development of cross-subsidiary IT topics at the interface of strategy, bodies and implementation. The project and portfolio management office (PMO) controls and supports the cross-subsidiary IT portfolio through uniform methods, standards and transparency. It provides a central PMO framework, coordinates reporting and supports projects as well as decision-making bodies in effective control and prioritization. We are looking for a dedicated personality that contributes to the production of transparency, to ensuring the viability of implementation and to the effective integration of project, portfolio and committee work.

Support in the establishment of appropriate project selection and prioritisation criteria, as well as in the assessment and prioritisation of projects with regard to their contribution to the DRV-IT strategy Participation in project reviews, audits and assessments to ensure quality, achievement and control Prepare and consolidate project- and portfolio-related information to support the Office in preparing decision bases for the competent boards and bodies Participation in the establishment and formation of the framework conditions of an overarching view of all cross-member projects and projects of DRV-IT taking into account the relevant stakeholders Observing interface tasks between projects, offices, carriers and other stakeholders to ensure a continuous flow of information Support the development and application of PMO standards, methods and quality and risk management approaches

A completed higher education (Bachelor, Diplom FH) in the field of IT or economic/administrative sciences or a comparable qualification, for example as a specialist (economic/administrative or IT-based) Multiannual job-relevant professional experience in project and/or portfolio management Extensive knowledge of project management Safe handling of the Atlassian products Jira and Confluence First experiences with change management processes First experiences with common control and reporting processes (e.g. Objectives and Key Results Method) Language knowledge in German (in word and writing) A strong communication capability, structured working methods and the ability to prepare complex issues for addressing, complete your profile
