Analysis & Optimization of Remuneration Structures and Job Assessment Systems to Remuneration Practices and Job Classifications taking into account current trends and in line with corporate strategy Accompanying and participating in the remuneration process, such as the round of charges Advice HR Business Partner and management on national compensation structures Provision and analysis of HR key figures, calculations and reports Internal (optional) reporting Concept analysis for the alignment of the Compensation & Benefits portfolio and feasibility studies Advice on questions relating to occupational pensions

Analytical, structured thinking and working methods as well as high IT affinity and quality orientation and number affinity Knowledge of the application of grading systems, ideally methods by Hay and Willis Towers Watson Knowledge of SAP HR Embossed expertise in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Complete studies in the field of business, human resources management or comparable Communication strength, consulting and project management skills Multiannual professional experience in Compensation & Benefits, ideally in an international environment
