Accounting & payroll accounting for the entire holding company Own-sponsored implementation of wage and salary accounting Financial accounting (creditors, debitors, controlling) Creation of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts Tax notifications and monitoring of deadlines Contact person for tax and social insurance issues Support for audits and audits Participation in process optimization in accounting Secretariat & administration General office organization and appointment management Correspondence with customers, authorities and business partners

Completed commercial training, ideally focusing on wage and financial accounting, or comparable qualification At least five years of professional experience in wage and financial accounting, preferably in a medium-sized company Knowledge of the right to pay tax and social security Safe handling of common accounting software (necessary DATEV and company online) and MS Office High numerical affinity and analytical thinking Self-employed, structured and careful working Teamability, communication strength and binding occurrence Very good knowledge of German in word and writing (min. level C1 or C2) / other languages are desirable
