Account Manager Retail (m/f/d)

You are central contact persons for our ShopperTrak customers and maintain relationships at all levels – especially at leadership level. You actively drive the growth of our business and increase our market share. You are responsible for the entire sales process: from the identification of potential customers through the qualification of opportunities to successful completion – in close cooperation with internal teams. You develop and present your sales plan to strategically identify and prioritize new business opportunities. You ensure that all sales activities are in line with our senior sales strategy. You create weekly forecasts and report them in the management meeting. You manage your accounts and opportunities efficiently in the Salesforce CRM. You offer our customers cross- portfolio solutions and ensure a high customer satisfaction. You understand the business strategy of your customers, advise at eye level and place our solutions targeted.

You have completed their studies or comparable vocational training. You bring well-founded experience in the distribution and/or management of customer relationships. You have knowledge of sales and project management methods. You can present and place our software-based premium solutions convincingly. You speak German and English fluently. Industry knowledge in retail and experience with leading retail brands are advantageous.
