Your tasks: Control of complex transformation projects (e.g. organizational development, governance, roles and cooperation) – from setup to planning to implementation and completion Development of target images and roadmaps for organisational further development (e.g. structure, processes, leadership, culture) incl. Implementation logic End-to-end Project Management: Scope, Schedule, Budget/Resources, Risks, Reporting, Decision and Escalation Management; Control of workstreams and interfaces Planning and moderation of demanding management workshops: preparation and control of decision formats at top management level and ensuring clear results despite different interests Active control of conflicts and resistances: early detection of critical stakeholder synchronisms as well as structured processing of conflicts of interest and destination Systemic monitoring of change processes taking into account organisational patterns, informal structures and cultural dynamics Conception and orchestration of change and communication measures (e.g. storyline, engagement formats, adoption measures) for the sustainable anchoring of changes Developing methods and standards of organizational development and sharing best practices and Lessons Learned

Your profile: Embossed project management expertise in complex environments with multiple workstreams, high stakeholder density and challenging timelines Strong conflict management capabilities: early detection of tensions as well as structured and solution-oriented processing Empathy paired with result orientation: ability to involve stakeholders while driving decisions Sovereignty in dealing with top management: clear, structured communication also in controversial situations as well as targeted moderation Multiannual Experience in Organizational Development Consulting and/or Change Management Experience in systemic organisational development and application of appropriate methods and ways of thinking Very good communication and presentation capabilities (C-level-fit) with clear synthesis and address-oriented preparation Experience in the automotive industry or comparable corporate structures desirable Very good user knowledge of MS Office products as well as collaboration tools such as Mural, Microsoft Teams etc desirable Very good experience in the application of modern AI-based tools Very good German and English skills (Business English) in word and writing, as well as further language skills of advantage More information: The activity is to be filled in full time at the Leinfelden-Echterdingen or Berlin site at the earliest possible time and is indefinite.
