At the closest possible time, we are looking for a full-time project developer:in / project manager:in construction conversion photovoltaics at Green Planet Projects.

In this position, you are in favour of the implementation and development of renewable energy projects in the field of outdoor photovoltaics (solar parks) and, if necessary, Battery storage system responsible. Your focus is on the coordination and responsibility of the construction of already approved solar parks. The activity is limited to one and a half years as parental leave. Drive ahead and coordinate solar parks in the construction phase – possibly including battery storage. Communication and coordination with external partners – from general contractors for construction, authorities and mayors:inside, to experts:inside and planning offices. Negotiations and contracts with supplier:inside and service providers. Preparation of investment decisions by means of cost-effectiveness analyses and examination of technical, environmental and legal frameworks. Retrieval of necessary (part) permits, consultation with authorities. The position requires occasional on-site appointments on construction sites in rural areas.

You have completed your studies, ideally from the field of economics or BWL, law, spatial planning, landscape planning, architecture, civil engineering or other engineering with a corresponding focus or a comparable qualification and have good business and legal knowledge. You take responsibility with joy and drive projects forward proactively and solely. Even with complex projects with many external business partners: you always keep an overview, because organization and prioritization are easy for you. Personally, you bring negotiation skills, enforcement skills, flexibility and willingness to use and can identify yourself with the goals of our company. You convince by your sovereign appearance and your presentation skills. You are interested in licensing, planning, nature conservation and technical topics and are ready and able to quickly incorporate yourself into the necessary topics. Insufficient professional experience or volunteer experience in project management, as well as in the field of photovoltaics, renewable energies or building site coordination are a plus point.
