In consulting projects in the public sector, you work on strategic issues of digital transformation and support executives at federal level – for example in ministries and federal authorities – in organisational and technological decisions In the project, you analyze and structure complex issues and develop well-founded decision bases for management levels in the public sector, for example for the ministerial and state secretary levels as well as for government, departmental and departmental directors A focus of your activity lies in transformation projects relating to process management, organisational development and the introduction of digital platforms and IT systems You are involved in the development of concepts and solutions, for example in the further development of process management standards in the federal administration, the strengthening of process orientation in organisations, the digitization and data-driven control of end-to-end processes and the use of automation and AI For management-related issues, you will set up analyses, presentations and decision templates for different stakeholders in the political and administrative environment Together with experienced consultants, you develop your methodological and professional skills in management consulting in the public sector Advice means flexibility: Your project work depends on our customers and your project situation – you work throughout Germany in our offices, on-site customers and at home

You have a very well-established university degree course, for example in business administration, economic informatics, political science, administrative science or a comparable discipline. Ideally, you could already gain first practical experience in the public sector or in management consulting, for example through internships or student work You are characterized by pronounced analytical skills and a structured and conceptual way of working You like to work in the team, introduce your own ideas and have the right to further develop yourself in management consulting in a professional and methodological manner Good knowledge of German (from B2 level) and knowledge of English complete your profile
