Ready to give energy? - Your tasks at a glance: Quality assurance as the core element of your work: monitoring, analysis and optimization of training quality at all service partners of E.ON Energie Germany deriving, implementing and tracking measures to ensure high training and service quality Cross-service use: You are active, accompanying and supporting the coach teams on site at all E.ON Energie Deutschland service partners Implementation and preparation of professional training, training and workshops - both for new service partners (onboarding) and for multipliers and overhead employees Continuous further development of existing training contents within the framework of internal and external quality assurance Support in the planning, organisation and documentation of training measures Participation in controlling and reporting the technical training results Ensure current technical requirements and standards in training and training

Show us your energy! - Your profile convinces us: Completed commercial vocational training or equivalent qualification with multiannual experience in the commercial sector Ideally a coach training (e.g. IHK) or qualification as a coach/communication trainer Funded knowledge in the MS Office programs and basic knowledge in SAP and process-oriented IT systems Detectable experience in quality assurance, training or coaching High communication and team skills as well as safe occurrence in training situations Structured, result-oriented operation and pronounced organizational capacity High level of flexibility and readiness to travel (approximately 60%) and driving licence class B or 3
