Teamlead / Teamleiter:in Help Desk (m/f/d)

In this role, you take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of an international helpdesk team (9 people) and actively shape the further development of modern end user services. You work in a global environment with international subsidiaries and play a central role in ensuring stable IT service processes and continuously optimizing IT service quality. Professional and disciplinary leadership and further development of a Helpdesk team in the EMEA region Ensuring stable operation of End User Services in close cooperation with the team Responsibility for the processing and solution of incoming IT tickets Coordination of cooperation with internal departments, external partners and international subsidiaries Analysis and continuous optimization of existing service desktop and support processes Cooperation in global IT projects and support in the introduction of international standards Ensuring high service quality and efficient support structures

Successfully completed IT training or studies in the field of computer science, software technology or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in IT support, helpdesk or service environment First experience in professional or disciplinary leadership of teams Very good knowledge of operating systems and end user hardware and software Experience with service processes and IT service management Very good knowledge of English and high service orientation Communication strength, sense of responsibility and structured functioning Ability to quickly work into new topics and IT infrastructures
