Consultant - Construction Financing / Lending / Banking (m/f/d)

We are an independent management consultancy focusing on financial service providers such as banks and insurance companies. As part of a group of companies with Company Builder, Venture-Capitalist and Personal Services, we work with approx. 50 consultants for our customers in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. We specialize in strategy and transformation projects that we not only design, but also implement. You accompany digitalization, process design and process optimization projects from the credit business – in particular in our focus on private building financing and building savings, but possibly also in other credit areas You support the project manager in project management and take on the role of a business analyst/engineerer You make requirements management/requirement management, i.e. you raise, analyze, specify and prioritise technical requirements at the interface between specialist departments and IT You advise and accompany our customers in the development of their digital target processes and think of end-to-end As a (senior) consultant, you show uncompromising commitment to the goals of the customers, combined with strong solution and implementation orientation You work independently, paired with high motivation and high quality standards

You have successfully completed your studies in economics or engineering, completed bank training or further training as a banker (m/w/d) or a banker (m/w/d) are a plus You bring 2 to 4 years, well-founded professional experience with industry and consulting experience, with You have knowledge of the credit processes of a bank, in particular in our focus on private building financing and building savings, ideally but also in other credit areas You have methodological knowledge from consulting, process analysis, business analysis, test management and the creation of specialist concepts or IT requirements You combine your expertise with a broad understanding of IT processes – ideally in the areas of service-oriented architecture, API management, cloud technology or comparable technologies You have experience in different project management styles (e.g. agile project management) and is willing to face new challenges in the consulting environment You have certain knowledge of German and English at C1 level in word and writing
