Steuerreferent (m/d/w) Real Estate TAX in Herten

You are responsible for the ongoing tax support of various domestic real estate companies You answer income, sales and balance sheet tax issues from the operating area of ALDI Immobilienverwaltung GmbH & Co. KG with national tax law You support financial statements (e.g. in terms of special and supplementary balance sheets) and in the calculation of tax provisions You accompany tax external and special checks and analyze effects of audit findings You support the further development of the Tax CMS You follow the legislation and case-law in the real estate sector, analyze its impact and conduct independent implementation measures for the real estate sector

Successfully completed studies (Bachelor or Master) of Business Administration, Economics with a focus on taxes or comparable training Mind. 2 years of professional experience in a group or in a large law firm Knowledge of national tax law and tax processes Analytical skills and technology affinity Interest in Real Estate Good knowledge of German in word and writing
